Vack

Vack offers complete data center design, network monitoring, fiber/wireless transport, cloud data, and communications systems and services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Data Services, Communications Infrastructure, Data Center, Telecommunications and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Vack is based in Schaumburg, Illinois and founded in 1987. You can read more at vackinc.com.
