Etech International

Etech Int'l Inc. provides consulting services, focusing on business improvement strategies. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Data Storage and Data Visualization. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Etech International is based in Houston, Texas. You can read more at etechinter.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Etech International, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
