Socrasoft

Socrasoft is a software and IT staffing solutions provider company. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Socrasoft is based in Amherst, Massachusetts. Their site is socrasoft.com.

Our checklist for this category: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
