SBSI

SBSI is a consulting firm that offers technical, software development, engineering, and management support to army organizations. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Professional Services and Software Engineering. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SBSI is based in Baltimore, Maryland and founded in 1985. Their site is shonborn-becker.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know SBSI well, your review carries weight here.
