VERT

VERT develops software / wearable technology for player load management and performance using AI for athletic data, broadcast and social. The job it does: connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and operators. Alongside the main category they mention Fitness, Health Care, Sports and Wearables. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

VERT is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and around since 2013. More on myvert.com.

Things worth asking about: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
