Ploughman Analytics

Ploughman Analytics offers spatial data tools and services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Cloud Data Services, Consulting, Information Services and Mapping Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ploughman Analytics is based in Champaign, Illinois and founded in 2009. More on ploughman-analytics.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
