MGA Employee Services

MGA Employee Services is a staffing and recruiting company specializing in technical contracting and direct hire placement services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Human Resources and Staffing Agency. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

MGA Employee Services is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and around since 1992. Their site is mgasearch.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
