Mule Robotics

Inventor of the Robot Shopping Cart. That is the short version of Mule Robotics. The job it does: connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

Who is it for? Mostly manufacturers and operators. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce, Retail and Robotics. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mule Robotics is based in San Francisco, California and founded in 2017. You can read more at mulerobotics.com.

Before you commit, look at hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Mule Robotics well, your review carries weight here.
