Involve IT Solutions

Involve IT Solutions provides infrastructure and data center managed IT services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Computing, Data Center, IT Infrastructure and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Involve IT Solutions is based in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania and around since 2016. You can read more at involveitsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
