The Calysto Group

The Calysto Group offers IT services, business tech consulting, custom ERP development, and hosted phone systems. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The Calysto Group is based in Algonac, Michigan and founded in 2019. Their site is calystogroup.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
