Temoor Consulting

Temoor Consulting is an IT consulting company that provides business-focused IT consulting and support services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Temoor Consulting is based in Floral Park, New York and around since 2007. Their site is temoorinc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
