Forensic IT

Forensic IT is an IT company that provides software development, training, and IT support services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Forensic IT is based in Glen Carbon, Illinois. Their site is forensicit.us.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Forensic IT, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
