nFolks

nFolks is an IT consultancy firm specialized in developing software products for manufacturing, aerospace, and retail industries. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Aerospace, Manufacturing and Retail, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

nFolks is based in Bellevue, Washington. Their site is nfolks.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
