Bits of Good

Bits of Good is a student-run firm that connects talented undergraduate software developers with local nonprofits to work on projects. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Bits of Good is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Their site is bitsofgood.org.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Bits of Good well, your review carries weight here.
