Protime Systems

Protime Systems is a consulting agency that provides work measurement software and lean management software applications. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Lead Management and Video, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Protime Systems is based in Irvine, California. Their site is protimesystems.com.
