Genems Systems

Genems is an electronic hardware & software procurement & development company focusing on e-commerce, database, web developments. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. They also list E-Commerce and E-Learning, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Genems Systems is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Their site is genems.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Genems Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
