Envative

Envative is a software development company that specializes in custom web, mobile and IoT application development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Mobile Apps and Technical Support. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Envative is based in Rochester, New York. You can read more at envative.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Envative, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
