Altec Design

Altec Design is a web design company that provides custom website design and hosting services. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Graphic Design, Mobile Apps, Web Design and Web Hosting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Altec Design is based in St Louis, Missouri and around since 2004. More on altecdesign.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
