Automated Decision

Automated Decision is a software development company that provides mobile field service management solutions. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Automated Decision is based in New York, New York. More on automateddecision.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Automated Decision, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
