Navitas Solutions

Navitas Solutions is a software development company providing solutions to integrate agency systems in the travel industry. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Service Industry and Travel, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Navitas Solutions is based in Rockingham, North Carolina and around since 2004. More on navitas.co.uk.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
