VIAAS

Here is VIAAS in plain terms. Complete Cloud Video Surveillance (VSaaS) for Commercial, Education and Government Customers. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Storage, Cyber Security, Hardware, Security and Video Streaming, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

VIAAS is based in Campbell, California and founded in 2017. Their site is viaas.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
