Ophtek

Ophtek is a full-service office technology and IT support company. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Network Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ophtek is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is ophtek.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Ophtek well, your review carries weight here.
