Mano Y Ola

Mano Y Ola, LLC offers consulting services in research and organizational change, focusing on minority and immigrant farming communities. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mano Y Ola is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. You can read more at mano-y-ola.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Mano Y Ola, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
