Meetaway

Meetaway is an IT company that provides networking solutions to promote events for various organizations. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Professional Networking, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Meetaway is based in Boston, Massachusetts. You can read more at meetaway.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
