Digital Seattle

Digital Seattle offers IT services like cybersecurity, cloud computing, hosted servers, business communication, software, and the internet. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Computing, Consulting, Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Digital Seattle is based in Seattle, Washington. Their site is digitalseattle.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Digital Seattle well, your review carries weight here.
