Smartbox Lockers

Smartbox Lockers is a locker company that provides digital parcel lockers for residential and educational sectors. In practice that means turning support emails and chats into tickets with owners, priorities and SLAs.

Who is it for? Mostly support teams from two people to hundreds. They also list Customer Service, Hardware, Security and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized product team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Smartbox Lockers is based in Hicksville, New York. You can read more at smartboxlockers.com.

Things worth asking about: channel coverage, automation rules, and per-agent pricing. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
