The natural audience is sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list CRM, Identity Management, IT Infrastructure, Management Information Systems and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very large product team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.
