TracFax is a real estate and property management product. Property First Technology allowing users to store data, real time communications, and a two sided marketplace. Put simply, it is about leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Property Management and Wireless. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
