MasonByte

MasonByte provides IT development, cybersecurity, and compliance services for government and commercial clients. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Graphic Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

MasonByte is based in Accokeek, Maryland and founded in 2015. More on masonbyte.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know MasonByte well, your review carries weight here.
