The Samraksh

The Samraksh is a wireless sensor network expertise with innovative research into the hardware, software and algorithmic issues. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

The Samraksh is based in Dublin, Ohio and around since 2005. You can read more at samraksh.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with The Samraksh, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
