Pac Comm Technologies

Pac Comm Technologies offers business software development, network integration, and related implementation services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Pac Comm Technologies is based in Anaheim, California. Their site is paccommtech.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
