Plantrol Systems

Plantrol Systems is a technology company that produces software and hardware combination services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce and Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Plantrol Systems is based in Westfield, New Jersey. Their site is plantrol.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
