Niner Consulting

Niner Consulting offers consulting services, including software solutions and a platform called The Hoops Hub. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Niner Consulting is based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Their site is ninerconsulting.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
