GainCloud

GainCloud Systems is a business apps cloud that offers a host manager and a secure domain name system. Put simply, it is about running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

The natural audience is developers and businesses of every size. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development and Cloud Computing. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

GainCloud is based in Cary, North Carolina. You can read more at gaincloud.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with GainCloud, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
