Datel Solutions

Datel is a workflow consulting firm providing a full range of technology-driven solutions and services using continuous speech recognition. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Datel Solutions is based in New York, New York. You can read more at datelsolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
