Zingit Solutions

Zingit Solutions provides a text communication tool that enables business to reach there customers faster and efficiently. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Telecommunications. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Zingit Solutions is based in Vernon Hills, Illinois. Their site is zingitsolutions.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Zingit Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
