RightITnow

RightITnow's powerful (ECM) platform built for today's dynamic infrastructures at price levels affordable for small and medium enterprises. Put simply, it is about turning data into dashboards and reports people actually read.

It makes the most sense for analysts and leadership teams. Alongside the main category they mention Analytics. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

RightITnow is based in San Francisco, California. More on rightitnow.com.

Things worth asking about: data connectors, modeling layer, and viewer pricing. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know RightITnow well, your review carries weight here.
