EZDorms

EZDorms a virtual concierge leveraging data and AI to support College Students and Parents from acceptance to graduation. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

EZDorms is based in Wilmington, Delaware. You can read more at ezdorms.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
