WhosHere

WhosHere is an application that interacts with people old and new friends around you. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

WhosHere is based in Alexandria, Virginia. Their site is whoshere.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with WhosHere, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
