Inspectlet

Inspectlet is a session recording and heatmap visualization tool for websites. In practice that means turning data into dashboards and reports people actually read.

The natural audience is analysts and leadership teams. Related areas on their profile: Analytics. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Inspectlet is based in Cupertino, California. Their site is inspectlet.com.

Our checklist for this category: data connectors, modeling layer, and viewer pricing. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
