Dartronics

Dartronics is a manufacturing system integrator that specializes in providing optimal packaging solutions and automation machinery. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Industrial Automation and Technical Support. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Dartronics is based in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Their site is dartronics.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
