TransNet

TransNet provides communication and information technology products and solutions, as well as technology management services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention RFID and VoIP. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

TransNet is based in Somerville, New Jersey. You can read more at transnet.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with TransNet, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
