Desora

Desora is building the next generation of cooking appliances. In 2018, Desora acquired Cinder Grill, the world's first 1° precision grill. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Cooking and Food and Beverage, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Desora is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and around since 2016. Their site is desora.co.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
