Mindstar Aviation

Mindstar Aviation specializes in building flight simulation software and hardware. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Aerospace and Hardware. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Mindstar Aviation is based in Leesburg, Virginia. You can read more at mindstaraviation.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
