Smartstream

Here is Smartstream in plain terms. Smart stream, Inc is an integrated information technology software development and consulting company. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Smartstream is based in Omaha, Nebraska and around since 1998. You can read more at smartstreaminc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Smartstream? Rate it.
