Exoprise

Exoprise is end-to-end network and application visibility. Find & issues fix fast, manage change, and improve ops for your entire business. The job it does: running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

It makes the most sense for people teams and managers. Alongside the main category they mention Application Performance Management and Cloud Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Exoprise is based in Waltham, Massachusetts and around since 2009. You can read more at exoprise.com.

Things worth asking about: review templates, goal tracking, and anonymity options. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
