Amcom Technology

Amcom Technology provides web development, network infrastructure, desktop support, database management and application hosting services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Application Performance Management and Network Security. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Amcom Technology is based in San Ramon, California. Their site is amcomtech.net.

Our checklist for this category: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
