FalconStor Software

FalconStor is modernizing backup and archival for today's multi-cloud era. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Hardware and Service Industry. As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

FalconStor Software is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2000. Their site is falconstor.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used FalconStor Software? Rate it.
