HireRight

HireRight provides on-demand employment screening solutions for a customer base of organizations. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a very large company team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

HireRight is based in Irvine, California and founded in 1990. You can read more at hireright.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with HireRight, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
