ADTRAN

ADTRAN designs, manufactures, markets, and services network access solutions that enable voice, data, video, and Internet. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Video, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a large company team themselves (1,001 to 5,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

ADTRAN is based in Huntsville, Alabama and founded in 1985. You can read more at adtran.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
